Bartech had become frustrated with the inability to source candidates for their niche needs of manufacture, supply, technical and operational support for their 4 & 5 star client hotel partners.

Bartech were looking to hire Field Engineers and decided to utilise the ecruit Headhunter package. This gave them the ability to target specific candidates that were technically qualified within the specific hotel market segment which is a very niche area.

They chose the ecruit Headhunter solution as they had tried various traditional agencies, alongside platforms such as LinkedIn recruitment and had not been successful. 

Bartech found that the quality of candidates and the time spent refining and validating without success meant considering a new, dynamic approach with minimal risk was the best path forward. That is where ecruit came in. 

The Results

Bartech secured ecruit's services for 2 roles using the Headhunter package and 96 candidates were provided overall. 

A final shortlist of 12 candidates were selected and due to the caliber of applicants provided the COO opened another role so 3 hires were ultimately made. 

As there was no additional cost for hiring an extra candidate this meant the cost per hire was just £900 each. 

Hiring through a traditional recruitment agency would have cost over £21k which meant they saved over £18k using ecruit.
