Choose your package

Our Advertiser package provides you with a cost-effective candidate acquisition solution to meet all your needs, while our Headhunter package delivers additional support to for those more ‘difficult to fill’ positions.
Design and optimise your ad
Having outlined your candidate requirements, your dedicated campaign manager will then write your job advertisement in line with them. In the process of designing your advert, your dedicated campaign manager will also optimise it for search engines, increasing the amount of responses your job advert receives.
Approve your ad
Now that your job advert has been designed and SEO optimised, it needs to be approved - so we'll send it over to you to get your feedback. Once you’re happy with your job advertisement and it’s absolutely perfect, we’ll then get it ready for distribution across our jobs
Promoting your job
Following its approval, we then use our multi-posting technology to post your job advertisement to the UK's top 10 job boards, including Monster, Reed, CV Library, Total Jobs and Indeed. We’ll also post your ad on industry specific and specialist job boards too, as well as LinkedIn for maximum reach and exposure.
Candidate management portal and training
As soon as your advert is up and active, we will provide you with login details for our candidate management portal as well as training on how to use the tool. From the candidate management portal, you can oversee and manage the entire process.
Candidate screening and shortlisting
As soon as we generate responses for your job vacancy, our team of recruitment experts will manually filter candidate applications in line with your initial requirements, handpicking only the most suitable candidates and allowing you to focus in the most important elements of hiring.
If you have chosen the headhunting package, our recruitment experts will commence their online candidate database search, as well as hand picking a minimum of 50 candidates on LinkedIn to target with your job opportunity. This means you can reach even passive candidates with your role, not just the people who are looking.
Selection and rejection process
Once we have provided you with a shortlist of high-quality candidates, you can then manage the interview, selection and rejection process directly from our candidate management portal, streamlining the recruitment process and reducing the heavy lifting on your part.
