The Company

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust exists to help people reach their potential and live well in their communities.

They do this through their mental health, community, learning disability and wellbeing services across Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield.

They also provide specialist secure mental health (forensic) services for the whole of Yorkshire and Humber.

The Problem

South West Yorkshire Partnership had become frustrated with a competitive recruitment market within senior management roles and those that are subject matter specific.

They had found that a different approach was required, one that outlays the best interests of the trust and engages with potential talent in a sensitive and meaningful way.

The Solution

SWYT decided to utilise the ecruit 360 package which offers a combination of Advertising and Headhunting.

They believed this package was best suited to their more specialist roles as they felt it was important to look at passive candidates so they could attract the best possible talent to the trust while also using advertising to attract the best active applicants.
