WCCTV recruit in high volumes for roles with technical skills ranging from Junior Field Engineers to Production Operatives and Business Development Executives.
When ecruit first spoke to WCCTV, they were having trouble justifying the amount of money they would have to spend on recruitment for their high volumes of growth. They had previously tried out recruitment agencies which were proving very costly, and the few job boards they had used had not been that successful. Due to the high volume of vacancies, WCCTV were also interested in cutting down their administration when recruiting.
The first time we helped WCCTV was back in 2018, they purchased a package of 3 credits from us to post two Field Engineer roles and one Technical Support Administrator. We posted their roles onto all of the UK’s top 10 job boards, along with specialist boards tailored to their roles such as CW Jobs.
Since October 2018, WCCTV have recruited 13 employees through us.

WCCTV received an average of 50 suitable applications per position, and purchasing packages of credits got their cost down even lower. WCCTV were used to paying 15-17% of basic salary for each recruit, but by using ecruit their costs per hire was lowered down to an average of £350.
