RRW provide architectural/ interior design services for commercial properties. They are a regional design firm with two offices serving 10 states in Southeastern US.

Over nearly 50 years they have completed over 4,500 projects, worth $5.5 Billion in construction.

RRW had become frustrated with previous recruitment solutions.

Each job posting website comes with its own "rules" and purchase packages and it takes time to fill out all the job descriptions for each.

When they have been approached by employment recruiters, their fees are too high for a small business like theirs so they needed an alternative solution.
